About Our Services

  • Are you accepting new patients?

    Yes.  As a new Athena Dental patient, your initial visit will include a comprehensive oral exam, X-rays and a consultation with your dental clinical team. The team will go over your personalized treatment plan, insurance benefit coverage, payment plan options, appointment scheduling and will be happy to answer any questions you may have.

  • How can I schedule an appointment?

    You can schedule your appointment by giving us a call at the office contacts. You can also request an appointment here.

  • Do you all assist with transportation needs?

    We assist in coordinating transportation with your insurance carrier for most Medicare Advantage Plans upon request.  

How Billing Works

  • Do you accept Medicare Advantage Plans?

    Yes, we accept most major Medicare Advantage Plans.  Please reach out to our local offices to verify individual coverage and benefits.

  • Do you accept Medicaid?

    Yes, we accept most Medicaid Plans.  Please reach out to our local offices to verify individual coverage and benefits.

  • What are your accepted payment methods?

    Cash, Credit Cards, and Care Credit.
